I am a designer currently living in Portland, OR with over nine years experience working in branding, web and print design with ambitious business owners, in-house design firms and experiential design agencies throughout the US. I am passionate about using design to bring clients' brands to life through compelling, visual storytelling. By never losing my curiosity and enthusiasm for the creative process, I aim to create content with intent that can inform, connect, reach and inspire its audience through all points of interaction. While I have the capacity to focus intently on a computer screen for hours on end, I understand the importance of exploring both digital and analog processes as a means of discovering new ideas and designs. I use many different avenues to arrive at a unique design solution and have a passion for exploring new mediums or software to further develop a design or knowledge base. My main strengths as a designer lie in my curiosity to learn new things and my drive and dedication to make great work while developing strong relationships with clients and coworkers. My design interests and experiences range widely from working one-on-one with clients developing branding systems, to working in-house creating print and event collateral, to designing experiential and spatial work within agencies. Overall, my interest as a designer is to create a meaningful connection and experience with an intended audience through design, whatever format necessary.
