The Global Women’s Leadership Summit is an inaugural two-day thought leadership and networking conference developed specifically for Kellogg alumnae and current female students to address the needs of women in business. The event needed branding, environmental graphics and marketing collateral for its first ever annual event. The below identity and graphics were developed and presented as one branding concept to reflect the three tracks of leadership represented at the event (seen as the three meandering lines). Other aspects of the branding reflect ideas such as connection, networking and upward movement (where the individual tracks meet and continue upward) as well as to represent the diverse and sometimes meandering or unconventional paths that women may take on their way to higher levels of management (the twisting of each pathway to connect to the next).
